Introduction To HYFC

(HONG YUAN AVIATION FORGING AND CASTING INDUSTRY COMPANY)

HYFC was founded in 1965, it is a huge company, special to forging and casting. Belongs to AVIC1. Its total capital is 640million Yuan, the area 530,000 square meters with 3,500 staff. Has made an important contribution to Chinese aerospace, military, ship, petroleum, chemical, mechanical, transportation, electrical industry for these 30 years.

There are 300 engineers in which 50 are senior engineers. There is a provincial CAD center with independent design, research development capability.  could manufacture forging and precision forging using steel, Al-alloy, copper-alloy, mg-alloy, Ti-alloy and super alloy. It has also the isothermal forging capability. It could also manufacture the investment casting using carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze and super alloys. 

It has import and export license. Its products are sold to Europeans, North-American, south-east Asia. Now it is the supplier of famous company such as Boeing, BF Goodrich, Rolls Royce,Airbus, Toshiba, Siemens etc. The export turnover is about $6million annual these years.                                                                                 

HYFC’ s quality policy is to seek live on with customer satisfied quality and develops with world first-class quality and has established a complete quality assurance system and it works effectively. HYFC Has been accredited to Quality System Certificate for the military products since 1992; and accredited to ISO9002 for forging & casting Products and its further processing by SGS International Certificate Agency (UK) since 1995; has obtained Certificate of Conformity of Quality System Certification of Military Product Supplier from China Xinshidai Quality System Certification Body since 1997; has been awarded a production permit by Boeing Co. USA since 1985; has passed Quality Audit by GE since 1992; has been awarded a certificate of Acceptable supplier by Rolls Royce since 1998; has been awarded a production permit by TRW-LUCAS Co. England and MESSER-DOWTY Co. since 1999; and has been awarded a production permit by AEROSPATIALE, France and TRW Co. USA since 2000.

 It has serials forgings equipment. For the open die forging equipment, there are 560kg, 1000kg, 2000kg, 3000kg air –hammer, 1600ton hydraulic press , andφ560mm、φ1200mm、φ2200mm ring rolling machines; for the die forging equipment, there are 1000kg, 2000kg, 3000kg , 5000kg air –hammer, 160KJ, 250KJ、400KJ、630KJ counter-blow  hammer,300ton, 1000ton, 3150ton press and 8000t press made in Germany. All of above equipment are advantage equipment and are equipped trim and straight machines. For the casting, there is medium and high frequency induce vacuum melting furnaces. There is some machining equipment for the machine, forging and casting. HYFC has good tool make equipment, heat treatment , specific process (NDT) and test lab.

  With many years research and development, HYFC’ s forging are used for military, civil and export, in the aviation industry, a lot of forging and the revolution part (disc) in jet engine, the landing gear parts are manufactured by HYFC’ s forgings, in the space industry, the turbine and some rocket parts are manufactured by HYFC’ s forgings. In the civil industry, they forges the truck front bridge, steam turbine blade etc, for the export, It has produced Ti-alloy structure forging for Boeing, the landing gear forging for BF Goodrich and MESSIER-DOWTY, Ti-alloy Joint forging for EADS, Ti-alloy ring for Rolls Royce, the steam turbine forging for Toshiba, Siemens, GE, small forging for TRW-LUCAS.

HYFC is able to produced the forged material such as titanium bar and plate and  die forging under 2500mm for rod, under diameter 1,000mm for disc, under 1000kg for steel forging, under 300kg forging for Titanium and super alloy, under 5,000kg for open die upset, under 8,000kg for open die straw, under diameter 2200mm, 250mm height for roll ring, HYFC is also able to produce Al-alloy and Ti-alloy precision forging, in the isothermal forging field, HYFC has developed Al-alloy.

 In the casting field, HYFC develop civil casting besides to meet military equipment. The quick couplings are exported to more than 10 countries, 40 areas, such as European, American, Asia, etc.

       Training: HYFC has paid high attention to the staff quality, to improve its staff quality. HYFC invite some professional person to work in HYFC, send its staff to the institute for training, More than 80% staff annually are trained in HYFC itself. In this way, HYFC’ s staff can meet Customer quality requirements.

 Research and development: After many years Research and development, HYFC’ s facility can meet customer’ s requirements and delivery requirement. To improve HYFC capability, HYFC will install a 8000 press for huge isothermal forging Research and development, a new emerging UT, new CNC center.

 HYFC is focus on “ Market for external work and improve management for internal work.” HYFC has set up the modern management system, advantage quality insurance system, good research and development, capability, in the export field, HYFC has set up a stable relationship with several globe famous companies, the export order is $8million this year.
